Come explore what it means to deeply rest in your own body and mind through Restorative Yoga and Zen. Restorative Yoga gives us an opportunity to balance the effort in our lives with ease and surrender. Our retreat will also include dharma offerings, seated meditation, leisure time, gentle movement and stretching to complement our theme of cultivating ease, relaxation and surrender in all aspects of our lives. Registration opens in February 2020, and advance planning is highly recommended as this retreat sells out early in the year.
Through gentle, supported poses, breath awareness and meditation, we will drop into a deep state of physiological relaxation. From this still place, the body is more able to access its natural ability to cleanse, heal, digest, sleep, conceive, and build immunities. With the physical body at rest, a sense of mental, emotional, and spiritual ease naturally follows.
