Pleasure is not only about having orgasms, getting massages and enjoying your food. Pleasure can also be a source of life-affirming support to help us ride the waves of life’s challenges, be more present for the precious moments and fuel our creative endeavors. Feeling turned on and happy to be in your body is your birthright and this immersion will remind you of what is already available. Within this safe, loving and vulnerable container, we will take a lighthearted approach to opening ourselves to pleasure so we can soak up more of the goodness of life, no matter what’s going on around us. Together we’ll build a circle of belonging and authenticity, where each person’s journey is honored.
Through ritual, reflection, dance, breath and yoga we’ll celebrate the temple of your body by opening up your pleasure pathways and clearing anything blocking them.
Each week we’ll explore a different theme related to awakening the juicy goddess within you. Some of the themes may include:
Building an ENJOYABLE self-care practice
Reviving your libido
Cultivating self-love
Worthiness, and our blocks to feeling it
Witnessing the beauty of your own body
And SO MUCH MORE!
Whether you are simply wanting to level up the joy in your life, or are amidst a transition, grief process or spiritual awakening, this circle will meet you right where you are.
Home-play will be given each week to assist you in bringing the pleasure home, on all the levels.
Guided audio practices will be offered to enhance your home practice and help you deepen at your own pace.
These practices are accessible to everyone that receives them with an open heart and mind.
Our circle is appropriate for all life stages, including pregnancy, and welcomes all women and non-binary people with yonis.
