The focus of this practice is to create a foundation of mental, emotional and physical support for the year ahead.
We’ll explore various supported poses to cleanse the organs, strengthen the immune system, soothe the nerves, invigorate the body, quiet the mind and celebrate the spirit. While the body rests comfortably, we’ll weave in simple breathing techniques, lovingkindness and mindfulness meditations that we can draw on for clarity, presence and strength throughout the coming year.
