The Juicy Ladies Big Sur Coastal Adventure

Join an intimate group of adventurous women for a long weekend exploration of your inner wild woman. On this retreat we’ll relax by the ocean, bang drums under the stars, eat s’mores by the campfire, play in the dirt, and maybe even take a late night dip in the pools at Esalen.  It’s perfect for ladies new to camping, who want an easy, entry-level opportunity to explore the joyful simplicity of car camping.  And for those with more camping experience, you have the chance to get back to the land in community, and if you wish, to share your rad skills with other juicy ladies.

Our simple campground (with toilets and drinking water) is right off of Big Sur’s southernmost, desolate stretch of Hwy 1.  It’s across the street from the epic Sand Dollar Beach, full of tide pools and the most gorgeous views.  This beach is unique in that it’s one of the only places in Big Sur where you can easily enter the water without getting immediately thrashed by Mother Ocean.  I love to surf at this spot, and if there are enough people interested in surf lessons, I can arrange for a teacher to join us for an afternoon of lessons in the water.  Otherwise, even just cool dips and bodysurfing can be empowering, invigorating and delightful.

We’ll spend 3 days and nights together, immersed in the healing powers of sisterhood, nature and healthy living. There will be yoga, meditation, other structured activities, as well as ample free time to get hypnotized by watching the birds fly overhead while listening to the sound of the waves.

Organic cannabis products will be mindfully curated by yours truly, chosen to enhance your sensuality, embodiment, relaxation and pleasure on all levels.

We will be joined by the exquisite natural chef Noelle Noli, who’s focused on organic, seasonal, nourishing and delightfully delicious meals.  I am thrilled that she will be coming down from Santa Cruz to join us!  Everything will be gluten free and all dietary restrictions will be honored.

Guests are responsible for their own camping gear.  Sports Basement and REI offer rentals if you don’t have your own.

You are invited to bring your own snacks and lunches.  Suggestions will be given, if you need them! Each guest will be asked to help Noelle out with preparing 2 of the 6 communal meals.

Depending on traffic, Plaskett Creek is about 3.5 hours from SF.  I will help to organize carpooling.

We will arrive around 4pm and will depart around 12 noon.  A. NICE. LONG. WEEKEND.
