Being called to stay home amidst a pandemic can be challenging, while also being an opportunity to get more grounded within our bodies, breath, intentions and community.

With all that we’re doing to get through this upheaval, it’s easy to lose touch with our juicy, feminine nature. This circle offers us a chance to reconnect to radiance and tap into the well of resources within.

The Juicy Ladies’ Circle is dedicated to women who want to gather in all our realness, rawness, power and depth and to come more fully alive within our bodies, hearts and minds. As women have been doing since the beginning of time, we gather within the potent container of the circle, each woman equal, bringing her wisdom, light and questions into the collective womb of the tribe. Whatever is ready to be cultivated, birthed or transformed, can do so with simple rituals, support and reverence. We’ll move our bodies, expand our breath, meditate, play and relax, (and when we meet in person) enjoying nourishing herbal teas, chocolate, healthy snacks, and if you desire, organic cannabis. Together we will expand our care for ourselves and each other, increase our awareness of our beautiful bodies, and welcome in greater embodiment of pleasure, sensuality, creativity and joy. You’ll head home feeling enlivened, inspired and supported by our tribe.

Each circle will have its own theme, with a unique practice and topic to be explored. They will all include social time, yoga and meditation, ritual, inquiry, and when we meet in person, simple delicacies fit for goddesses.

Conscious use of edible and vaporized cannabis is optional, as for some women this medicine can be a powerful way to turn up the volume on your intuition, creativity and sensuality as well as to deepen enjoyment of your body in our practice. Recommendations of products/ options can be made if you’re new to cannabis. Not everyone in the group chooses to imbibe.
