Prepare for an empowered, mindul, natural birth and connect with a community of other moms (to-be). Develop breath and body awareness for birthing. Build strength, stamina and stability.
Prenatal classes are appropriate for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy with any amount of yoga experience. Women trying to become pregnant are welcome as well and often enjoy coming to this class to prepare their bodies and minds for this miraculous transformation. Doulas, midwives, sisters, friends and mothers of expecting moms are also invited.
